Andrea Williams – Owner
Andrea has a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) from Southern School of Natural Therapies. This is the highest qualification within the discipline of Myotherapy. Andrea has been a practicing Myotherapist for 12 years. Prior to becoming a Myotherapist, Andrea completed a Bachelor of Nursing and practiced as a Registered Nurse for 10 years, specializing in orthopaedics.
As a lecturer at the Southern School of Natural Therapies (SSNT), Andrea teaches a number of subjects within the Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) and supervises in the student clinic.
Andrea treats a range of musculoskeletal conditions and specializes in Pre and Post Natal Massage and Myotherapy.
Andrea is also involved with Myotherapy First event management. Myotherapy First sponsors various events including fun runs and walks around
Prudence King
Prue is a Clinical Myotherapist who treats a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Prue specializes in lower limb biomechanics to correct foot and heel pain and dysfunction.
Jamie O Loughlin
Jamie has been instructing exercise for more than 12 years at Melbourne University. He specialises in bodyweight exercises, without the need for complicated pieces of equipment. Integrated movement of the body through space can enhance posture, improve co-ordination & balance and teach us how to manage our bodies. Initially interested in figuring out how to maintain his own body, Jamie has been investigating the anatomy of movement through his studies in Clinical Myotherapy and as an exercise enthusiast, through his explorations in pilates and yoga. Jamie is a certified Knoff Yoga Instructor. You can book a corrective exercise session with Jamie by selecting the Exercise prescription option from the list of services
